Nick Mercurio is the founder and CEO of Inventech LLC, bringing over a decade of expertise in mechanical engineering, program management, and leadership across the aerospace, military, and medical sectors. Known for his innovative problem-solving and leadership, Nick has successfully led the design, development, and production of cutting-edge technologies in space propulsion, satellites, COVID-19 ventilators, tactical life support systems, and medical devices.

Daniel Banks brings a vast range of knowledge and business acumen to Inventech. Daniel has extensive experience in automotive manufacturing spanning from humble beginnings in equipment design and commissioning to managing large teams and product launches. He expertise has led him into entrepreneurship where he led the change for the companies he engaged in to optimize their operations in logistics, streamlining processes, and building voracious teams capable of forging ideas into reality.

Thomas McGowan is an Engineering Honors graduate with expertise in aerospace, robotics, and mechatronics. Specializing in innovative design, Thomas has successfully developed a CubeSat for plant research in space, aimed at advancing our understanding of plant growth in microgravity environments. In addition, Thomas designed a soft-body stingray robot, demonstrating expertise in bio-inspired robotics. With a strong foundation in engineering and a passion for cutting-edge technologies, Thomas brings a creative, problem-solving approach to driving forward-thinking solutions in science and technology.

Michelle has seen it all when it comes to design and product development. Hailing from a start in nuclear energy, she has moved on to develop off-road military vehicles, and even globally touted Apple & Meta products. In her experience she has seen it all and lends her expertise to Inventech to help ensure that our output meets rigorous standards so our customers can get big brand quality designs at a fraction of the cost and time.

Ryan is an experinced marketer with multiple start ups and positioning their marketing strategies in way to elevate the name of their company. He's consistently been the bridge to ensure the approach of companies is broad enough to reach a wider audience.

Dr. Aaron Johnson, a pharmacist and health equity consultant, leads public health initiatives and serves on the boards of the Global Alliance for Medical Education and the Association of Black Health-System Pharmacists. He teaches pharmacology to physician assistant students, founded the Aaron Johnson Scholarship, and regularly contributes to publications like Pharmacy Times.

David Arnold comes to us with a wealth of sales experience across hardware and software spaces. He has helped some of the worlds most innovative organizations solve the complex challenges that make them leaders. He looks forward to growing the business at Inventech from 0:1.

Todd Sorel brings us a wealth of experience in propulsion design and development. He has served in a variety of engineering and product development roles in aerospace, motorsports, and mobile command centers. Mr. Sorel holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Industrial Design from San Francisco State University.
